At Care Labs, Inc., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products under the following terms:

• 30-Day Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase with no restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 800-835-9501 or email support@carelabs.com. Only unused / unopened product can be returned. Please contact us with any details on partially used cases, etc., so we can establish eligibility on a partial return.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by Care Labs, Inc. (e.g., due to a defective product or order error on our part, third party selling platform terms).
• After 30 Days: Returns requested after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a restocking fee will apply, and products must be unopened, unused, and within their freshness period to qualify for return.
• Return Process: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
